Mr. Manohar Halappa’s bewitching 3-bhk apartment is situated in Sobha City. The beauty of this project lies in the captivating wall papers and the marvelous stone cladding done at the foyer. The best of creativity and intelligence along with the optimum use of common sense has brought the best out of our designers and technicians in this project.
A beautiful statue of Ganesha on the display unit under the spotlight enhances the beauty of the foyer. There is stone cladding on the wall, with two mirror strips donning it on the either side. An appealing pebble tray with glass makes its way in between the shoe racks.
The walls in the living room are done by enchanting wall papers. Rafters with cove lights are provided to keep in tune with the ambiance of the room. Rafter and spot lights adore the entire TV Unit.
A CNC partition separates the living from the dining area with an antique clock hanging from the top of the CNC wall. The dining area has a well-built crockery unit with a tall cabinet and a bottom cabinet. The crockery unit is so designed that it can be used as a bar counter as well as a buffet unit. A large mirror overlooks the crockery unit. Spotlights are provided to spruce up the entire environment.
The master bedroom has one tall wardrobe with two doors. A dresser with a huge mirror is the focal point in the bedroom. A king-size bed with side tables on either side of the bed dons the room. The master bedroom truly possess an elegant look.
The kitchen is an L-Shaped one with ample storage space. There are lofts running end to end on both sides. The chimney has a conventional glamorous look. There is a separate space for the micro oven.
The kid’s bedroom has two door wardrobe. A cute study table is provided with two small lofts overhanging the same. A beautiful headboard dons the queen size bed. This bedroom runs on grey and white theme.
The guest bedroom consist of a beautiful study unit and a huge wardrobe with light and dark laminate. A mirror has been accordingly put in the front panel of the wardrobe.
